FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


How do I book your services?

We require a signed services contract and a 25% deposit of the total amount.  You’ll receive a Paypal invoice, in which you may pay with your Paypal account or with any major credit card.  Lastly, we’ll email you a contract, which you may fill out and email back to us.  Once we have received both the signed contract and the deposit, either Emily or Mark are 100% yours for your day!


How long does it take to edit my photos and videos?

You will receive your final products between 4-6 weeks after your wedding date.


Can I choose any music I want?

We take the time to  choose licensed music that fits the mood of the wedding.  Due to copyright laws, we cannot add "popular" music to any video we post online for you.  Of course we want to make sure you are happy with your final video, so we’re certainly happy to collaborate with you to pick other online friendly songs!  


How many photos will I get?

You will get unlimited images, so there is no specific set amount of final photos. The typical amount of photos you can expect is between 80-100 images per hour. The photographer will use their artistic eye to choose the BEST photos that have been captured throughout the day!


Are there travel fees?

Note: There are no travel fees for wedding day coverage within 1 hour travel distance from the Charleston Metro Area for photo and/or video coverage. If you get an engagement photo session or any other sessions that Emily offers beyond the Charleston Metro Area, travel fees will apply. *Travel fees are calculated at $.60/mile x 2.

We are proud to be able to use top-of-the-line gear to deliver high-quality photo and video! 

Here’s what we’re working with… Sony A7III cameras, 28-75mm f/2.8 lenses, 35mm f/1.8 lenses, 50mm f/2.8 lenses (w/macro), 90mm f/2.8 lenses (w/macro), 70-200mm f/2.8 lenses, DSLR speed-lights, DJI drones, Zhiyun Crane gimbals, sliders, lavalier mics/recorders, video LED lights.
